Karen Wojcik Berner
Karen Wojcik Berner has been a writer/editor for 25 years, ten of which were spent in editing trade publications. A two-time Folio Magazine Ozzie Award for Excellence in Magazine Editorial and Design winner, her work also has appeared in The Chicago Tribune and countless regional newspapers. She has bachelor's degrees in English and communication arts and sciences.
Her blog, Bibliophilic Blather, features "Editing for Grammarphobes" every Monday and Wednesday, plus "Flash Fiction Fridays," which showcases authors of various genres interpreting monthly themes in 500 words or less. A Whisper to a Scream is her first novel.
She is working on her second book, tentatively titled "How Long 'Til My Soul Gets It Right?"
